Alex is directly responsible for the planning, organizing, and execution of operational and tactical procurement / sourcing / purchasing activities for direct and in-direct commodities within the guidelines of the company policy and goals. He also helps to look at sourcing for our farms in Australia and Singapore.
Alison is responsible for managing the UK field sales team and oversees the internal UK sales desk on all sales activities, identifying and implementing processes to maximise sales while achieving excellent customer service and offering key support to the sales department.
Dan is out on the road managing and visiting HydroGarden accounts in the South East, dealing with customer orders, enquiries, doing product demonstrations and offering advice about the different product ranges.
His interests are BMX, going to the gym and music.
Danny covers primarily the West side of the UK, including Wales and Northern Ireland. Danny deals on a daily basis with customer orders, existing and new account enquiries, performing product demonstrations, and offering advice about different product ranges.
His interests are playing football, marathon running, squash, golf, and music festivals.
Eglantine's main responsibilities are identifying export markets, managing existing accounts and identifying new accounts and making customers aware of and raising awareness of new and existing products.
Her interests are travelling, reading, cinema and running.
Harry is the brand manager for the LUMii range. He visits all UK customers, offering advice about LUMii products, answering enquiries and taking orders. He is also responsible for the development of LUMii's marketing materials and arranging the launch of new LUMii products.
Harry's interest's include watching and playing football, socialising with friends and music festivals.
Mike is out on the road managing and visiting HydroGarden accounts in the North, dealing with customer orders, enquiries, doing product demonstrations and offering advice about the different product ranges.
Nathaly is responsible for all export sales activities in all Hispanic territories, dealing with customer enquiries, receiving and processing orders and developing and maintaining sales materials and product knowledge.
Nathaly's interests include reading, dancing, travelling and learning languages
Ollie manages one of HydroGarden's key brands, CANNA, looking at ways to market and promote the CANNA brand effectively, as well as looking to take the brand in a new direction. He looks after all accounts across the UK and Northern Ireland dealing with any issues that may arise.
Other than working for HydroGarden, Ollie loves to play football, golf and going to the gym.
Responsible for managing the VitaLink brand, Richie’s tasks involve visiting customer accounts around the UK and various marketing activities to promote the VitaLink brand effectively including; promotional materials, exhibitions and managing the VitaLink website.
Sarah is responsible for developing HydroGarden's and it's brands' marketing strategies to ensure effective communication with retailers and consumers. She coordinates all marketing activities including; exhibitions, public relations, digital media, advertising and product packaging.
Simon is responsible for HydroGarden's end to end supply chain solutions. By building and maintaining strong supplier partnerships across various global locations, he helps to ensure the best quality products are supplied to all of our customers.
Tom responds to technical enquiries relating to the range of products in the HydroGarden catalogue. He also manages the greenhouse and growrooms at HydroGarden, testing a variety of products and growing techniques.
Whilst not at HydroGarden, Tom enjoys running a farm shop with his wife.
